Continuing our Staff Spotlight Series, this time we’re lifting the curtain on Kate Howe, our Customer Service Coordinator for Australian Field Services for NSW, SA & WA. Read on to find out more!
Describe what you do and the best part about your job?
I am Customer Service Coordinator for Australian Field Services.
Currently, I schedule, quote and invoice service jobs across various regions across Australia, including New South Wales (NSW), South Australia (SA) and Western Australia (WA). In the past, I also managed scheduling for testing and cleaning jobs in the northern region of the country.
The best part about my job is the team I work with and the working from home benefits.
What key thing have you learnt from working at Leighton O’Brien?
One of my key takeouts is that working within a great team and having a good boss can make the challenging times easier.
What’s a work-related accomplishment you’re really proud of?
Being part of the team that won and undertook a 17-site testing project in the Northern Territory, a remote region in the northern part of Australia, for one of our major clients.
What’s one item you want to own that you don’t?
A house!
What are the last 3 streaming series or movies you’ve binged on?
Yellow Stone, The Office & Sons of Anarchy.
If you could only have three apps on your smartphone, which would you pick?
Google Maps, Chrome and Messenger.
