Orlando, Florida – 11 February, 2022 – Leighton O’Brien, will be showcasing its Fuel Replenishment software as part of its integrated iHUB platform at WPMA convention on 22-24 February, 2022.

Fuel Replenishment is an automated ordering solution for fuel retailers to forecast, schedule, purchase, dispatch and reconcile fuel on a single platform. It integrates easily with carriers and supply-side systems via API data feeds, and supports real time or automated ordering and pre-built loads, with delivery order tracking and reporting. Fuel Replenishment is sometimes referred to as Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).

“Fluctuating demand, cost control, fuel runouts, carrier performance, manual processes – fuel logistics is a complex and challenging environment,” said Leighton O’Brien Chief Revenue Officer Angela Wisdom.

“Our fuel replenishment solution is an intuitively simple yet powerful tool that reduces friction from disparate systems and various data sources and formats, providing transparency and control across the fuel supply chain.”

“Combined with our other Inventory, Forecasting and Compliance modules, we can help drive significant efficiencies and automation across fuel replenishment and compliance activities,” she said.

Key modules featured in iHUB include:

  • Logistics: reliable inventory visibility to forecast delivery windows and place orders, dispatch board for scheduling loads and advanced reporting on carrier performance and delivery issues.
  • Reconciliation: tool to verify fuel deliveries and resolve variance issues as well as workflows to flag deliveries outside Bill of Lading tolerances.
  • Compliance Management: not only automates compliance reporting from an ATG but features an event tracker with workflows to schedule and track all types of compliance activity including testing and permits.

Leighton O’Brien’s booth is #1524 on the trade show floor at The Mirage Hotel on 22-24th February in Las Vegas, Nevada.
