Digital, integrated forecourt AI: Leighton O’Brien to showcase SaaS solutions portfolio at Forecourt Show 2021

The Forecourt Show 2021Leighton O’Brien will be showcasing its portfolio of SaaS solutions for complete network transparency and control of fuel inventory, replenishment and fuel losses along with 24/7 ATG alarm monitoring, at The Forecourt Show 2021 – booth #D02.

Leighton O’Brien Executive Business Development Manager (UKI & Europe), Julie Patino, said today’s fuel retailers and dealer groups are seeking to optimise their forecourt operations and reduce risk and cost through realtime intelligence and actionable insights.

“Being able to see inventory levels historically and in realtime across hundreds of sites, forecast optimum delivery windows and be alerted to high priority events like a potential runout, retain or unplanned delivery drives real value at scale for fuel retailers,” Ms Patino said.

“No site wants to run out of fuel or carry too much inventory. Effective inventory control software that results in having the right amount of fuel at the right time and knowing the lowest cost combination of freight and fuel are key benefits we’re keen to talk to attendees about.”

Visitors to Leighton O’Brien’s stand can receive demonstrations on:

  • Vendor Managed Inventory Forecasting (VMI): A cloud solution providing inventory visibility across all sites and forecasts fuel demand to schedule optimal delivery timeframes. It evaluates planned deliveries by comparing scheduled deliveries with projected future site demand, avoiding runouts and retains.
  • Alarm Management Solution (AMS): Software featuring smart alarms and workflows to receive, prioritise and remotely resolve up to 80 per cent of ATG alarms through to closure. It removes false alarm ‘noise’, reducing maintenance costs without ignoring critical alarms that could impact site operations or threaten compliance.

  • Statistical Inventory Reconciliation (SIR): Leighton O’Brien’s fuel loss monitoring software that is certified to detect fuel losses of 0.45 litres per hour, maximising site compliance and reducing cost through fewer investigations.

  • Wetstock Live: Certified analytics software for network-level management of wetstock operations including continuous leak detection, pump flow rates, meter drift, real water ingress, tank gauge calibration and fuel loss reduction.

“We’re particularly excited to showcase our new iHub tool, a dashboard that brings our solutions onto a single interface for easy access to data, alarms and reports. It enhances usability and overall experience for our clients as we move further into digitising and integrating forecourt AI,” Ms Patino said.
