Moore has more than 30 years’ experience in software development including 13 years in the downstream petroleum industry. He joins Leighton O’Brien from Titan Cloud, where he was Director of Product. Working closely with the company’s wetstock and IT teams, Moore will drive product strategy and bring even greater depth and breadth to its software portfolio.

Commenting on his appointment Moore said: “I’ve known several industry people that have always spoken highly of Leighton O’Brien. Joining the company as it continues to expand its product portfolio on a global scale provides a challenge that I wanted to be part of.

“Their mantra is, It can always be done better, so we challenge the status quo, which resonated strongly with me. Ultimately, I’m a problem solver; I’ve had the opportunity to listen to clients, technicians, regulators, fuel suppliers and industry giants to really understand a multitude of challenges.

“With my extensive background in ATGs and data analytics, I’m excited to join a team of highly motivated individuals around the globe who have a shared desire to provide the best possible solutions that help customers maximize the insights and understanding of data to be more efficient and enable them to do more,” he said.

Leighton O’Brien CEO Reed Leighton said, “Clay is an outstanding addition to our product team. He brings significant expertise in fuel data software development and building elegant solutions to help fuel retailers get the most out of their data.

“We believe we have an exceptional talent base to accelerate the next phase of our global SaaS business. Clay will be in instrumental in enhancing our existing software suite and building out solutions that enable our retail customers to scale their business and efficiently manage their fuel operations through trend analytics and data-driven insights.”

Moore will be based in Tennessee.
