Melbourne- Leighton O’Brien PTY LTD has been awarded Australian JCI/Mobil Contractor of the Year 2009 by Exxon/Mobil.
Melbourne, February 2010 -- This award is based upon exemplary performance in meeting all JCI/Mobil safety requirements and having zero incidents on Mobil sites.
Leighton O’Brien received top marks during unannounced site visits and received excellent scores in loss prevention observations and desktop reviews.
The company also received highest achievements on the annual OIMS audit of its safety system.
Leighton O’Brien had zero on-site incidents and no loss time injuries on JCI/Mobil sites in Australia during the last year.

BP awards Leighton O'Brien its highest rating in service excellence as a large contractor
October, 2009 -- Leighton O'Brien has been recently recognised by BP for excellence in service as a large contractor.
This award, given annually by BP, is the first in the large contractor class and a testament to Leighton O'Brien's sustained global growth. Previous awards have been in the small contractor division.
